General Questions
Do we need reservations to come to the facility or can we just walk-in?
We recommend purchasing your tickets in advance as we have limited capacity.
Is there an Entrance Fee?
There is no entrance fee to enter the park. Simply pay for only the kids or adults who are going to be participating in the attractions.
Do I need to sign a waiver before I can jump?
Yes. Every jumper needs to have a liability waiver signed. Waivers are located on our website and at our Park as well. Ages 18 and over are required to sign their own waiver. If you are under the age of 18 your parent or legal guardian must fill the waiver out for you but does not need to be present when you visit the facility.
Who can sign the waiver? (Can I sign a waiver for a kid who is not mine?)
Only the parent/legal guardian can sign a waiver for a child under 18. The waiver can be done online or in-store. Waivers only need to be filled out once and it stays on file with us. If you are bringing someone else’s child please make sure that the parents fill out the waiver online on our website.
Can I bring in my own food or drinks?
No, outside food or drinks are not allowed. FunNation offers snacks and drinks for purchase within the park.
Do you offer a military discount?
Yes. We offer a 10% discount with a valid military ID on our regular open Jump/Play rates. (Not valid on specials, parties, or other discounts).
Do you have guest wifi?
Yes, we do!
Are the activities/attractions always open?
All attractions and activities are scheduled to be open when FunNation is open however there may be times when we are hosting a private event and some attractions may not be available to the public. Or there may be times we may have to close an attraction for maintenance.
Can I leave my child(ren) unattended?
While every child under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver, children under 10 years old cannot be dropped off without an adult. Please ensure all children understand the rules and regulations of the park before dropping them off to jump.
Do spectators have to pay to watch jumpers?
While jumpers are required to pay general admission, non-jumpers are never charged admission.
Are jump socks required?
We only allow FunNation branded grip socks. The cost is $2.99. Jump socks are reusable so be sure to keep yours for future visits!
I am unable to make my reservation. Can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, they will stay unused in your account for up to one year. You can contact us with a new date and time when you would like to visit again.
Do you have a refrigerator and freezer?
Tickets are non-refundable. However, they will stay unused in your account for up to one year. You can contact us with a new date and time when you would like to visit again.
What's your decorations/balloon policy?
Guests are allowed to bring their own decorations. Decorations cannot be taped to the wall. We do not allow confetti decoration or silly strings. We ask that all balloons must have a weighted base. We do not allow Piñatas. Any violation of these rules is subject to a $200 cleaning fee.
What time do I arrive for the birthday party?
We recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
Is the cake included?
We do not provide the cake, but we provide all paper goods (plates, forks, napkins and tablecloths).
Are there any supplies included in the party package?
I need to cancel my party. Can I receive a refund?
All deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event up to one year from the original booking date.
